Jacuzzi installation and service in the UAE
A jacuzzi or spa pocket is a small hot basin with jets, a dedicated pump and usually its own heater. It can sit next to a swimming pool or stand alone on a villa deck. This page covers install, jet and heater faults, and cleaning of that small volume — not a full pool build unless the visit links the two.

Spa or jacuzzi pocket next to a swimming pool
What usually fails
Jets weak or dead
Air in the pump, a clogged suction, or a tired jet pump.
Will not heat
Heater, flow switch or a closed valve — checked on site.
Slow leak at unions
Hot water and frequent heat-up stress gaskets faster than a cold pool.
Cloudy small volume
Oils and biofilm build faster; a pool-only clean often misses the spa.
Important: We do not advertise a model range or a seat-count package. The visit decides if repair, a swap or a new pocket is honest.
Visit path
1 Say how it is used
Daily soak, weekend only, or empty most of the year.
2 Inspect jets and plant
Pumps, heater, unions and whether the spa shares the pool filter.
3 Separate the faults
Jets, heat and water quality are three scopes if needed.
4 Repair or outline an install
Written after access and power are clear.
5 Test heat and jets
Short run before handover.

Dedicated spa pump and heater in the plant room
Jacuzzi versus the main pool
| Topic | Jacuzzi / spa | Main swimming pool |
|---|---|---|
| Water volume | Small, dirties faster | Larger, slower chemistry swing |
| Heat | Higher target, shorter heat-up | Optional — see heating page |
| Pumps | Often a second jet pump | Circulation and filter pump |
| Leak signs | Unions and jet bodies | Skimmer, lights, shell joints |
Tip: If the spa shares valves with the pool, say so in the message. A closed spa valve is a common “no heat, no jets” cause.
